North American Industrial Workstation Customization Division offers many customized products. Advantech has expanded its customization capabilities by integrating the expertise of Advantech PCS Computers, a subsidiary of Advantech IAG in Cincinnati, Ohio. |

focusing on North American customer relationship and service.
Web and Communication (Web & Comm.) offers the eAutomation Series product line with real-time access to data and control virtually anytime and from anywhere in the world. Measurements and Control (M&C) offers business solutions for data acquisition and monitoring. We provide Ethernet and Modbus solutions that integrate Advantech's I/O and PC platforms, as well as I/O systems with software applications. |

Advantech Automation Service Center AASC in Eindhoven, Holland,
Fremont, CA in the USA, and Beijing, China respectively, handles many
key functions including inventory, production, warehousing, accounting,
and shipping. To stay on top of the technology and the changing environment,
AASC has improved processes, completed ISO 9002 certification, and
implemented Just-in-time shipping. We now have the ability to trace
key-components, production and shipping dates via the Internet. BTOS
and RMA systems are in place as well as e-support.

To focus on the development of three major
product segments, Advantech has deployed an R&D network covering the
four Geo-regions of Europe, USA, Asia and the Pacific. Our CPD in the
USA is in charge of system integration, and PCS is responsible for R&D
design for heavy outdoor HMI solutions. The North American Industrial
Workstation Customization Division offers ODM and custom-made products
and services. Our eAutomation Customization Center in the UK provides
a wide variety of services tailored to the needs of our European clients.
We also have strategic R&D partners in Germany, including Visual Systems
to provide Linux-based eAutomation software. In Asia, we have set up
a software R&D Center in China, and production centers dedicated to
hardware R&D in Taiwan.
Combining worldwide application innovation and manufacturing efficiency,
