What is DTOSTM
Advantech provides 30-Day DTOS (Design To Order Service) for all our System On Module products. SOM product characteristics integrate well into our DTOS process. Advantech can design the customer solution board to the customers' request. You can quickly log in on this web and begin to explore the flexibility and capabilities SOM and DTOS can bring to your product development. Advantech's System On Module's DTOS provides customers with a wide range of benefits. Fast time to market is of course the cornerstone of all SOM products. Through Design to Order Service, Advantech can deliver three ready to run engineering samples within 30 days after your order is confirmed. Designing and manufacturing a customer solution board is cheaper and faster than designing a "custom" single board computer. SOM and DTOS reduce initial investment costs typically needed for these projects. Customers also reduce their R&D investment and costs, and also minimize other financial and business risks normally associated with ODM projects. Another benefit for customers are the gains made from the ability to realize smaller and more flexible production runs when needed, with the added ability to quickly ramp-up production and change product features always at hand. |

(DTOS) helps customers develop custom CPU board
solutions extremely fast and with lower investment.
With DTOS, three ready-to-run engineering samples
can be produced within 30 working days from order
confirmation. Using SOM-DTOS, customers can reduce
traditional customized CPU board development time
and costs by as much as 80%.
SOM is a series of reliable and widely used CPU
cores with high integration features. It supports
fanless operation in very small form factors while
supporting CPUs ranging from GX1 to Pentium 4.
Not only does SOM allow quick design, it also
provides the benefits of easy installation, maintenance
and upgrade ease.
Though small in size, SOM takes care of most
complicated CPU architectures and basic common
circuits. Many system integrators are finding
