12/19/2007		Advantech launches New POC-195DC Point-of-Care Terminal Advantech is proud to announce an extended version of the popular POC-195 Panel PC computer. The new POC-195DC panel computer offers the same tough design and efficient operation of the original AC version, but now features the advantage of a fanless, ultra-quiet DC power supply. The new design simplifies maintenance and prolongs life, because dust cannot possibly penetrate or accumulate.

9/20/2006		Advantech Gives Medical Personnel More Breathing Space with All-in-one PC(MDPC-4090CDL) The Medical Computing Platform Group of Advantech Corporation has released the upgraded MDPC-4090CDL with built-in 7" LCD screen and slide-away keyboard. Normally, two external screens are required for medical applications. This all-in-one design gives medical professionals more room to work by enabling control functions to be carried out on the built-in screen while medical images are viewed on a single external screen.

3/24/2006		Advantech Delivers Faster and More Flexible Medical Computing Platforms(Slim Point-of-Care Terminals: POC-S155 /S175) Advantech has upgraded POC Slim Series panel computers to help medical personnel care for patients in a faster and safer way. The 15” POC-S155 and 17” POC-S175 now feature a choice of processors up to Pentium M 1.4 GHz for more responsive applications that save time. Upgraded models have an optional built-in uninterruptible power supply that provides 30 minutes of operational power for safer data storage and graceful shutdown of applications.
