Chip Probing AI Defect Inspection Solution

Chip probing process includes high voltage tests and defect inspection on chip surface. Chip surface defect are various, it can't be detected from rule-based machine vision identification. Now surface defect inspection are mainly performed by human eyes through microscope, which could cause high inspection missing rate and lead to short life cycle for electronic products. Also, human inspection for large amount of chips is time-comsuming. With AI inspection, it is possible to to increase effeciency and accuracy in chip probing process.
