This robust, multi-functional solution leverages powerful 12th & 13th Gen. Intel® Core™ i processors, and provides diverse I/O for up to 25 x device connections. In addition, the ARK-3534 series features up to 4 x PCIe/PCI slots that support GPU, data acquisition, and communication cards for AI analytics and equipment monitoring & motion control tasks. This hardware and software integrated solution enables remote management and improves overall equipment efficacy via Advantech’s DeviceOn, Codesys, and TSN functions. ARK-3534 satisfies diverse automation requirements, and is aimed at AOI, semiconductor equipment, and collaborative robot applications.

Breakthrough Performance With 25+ I/O Connections  

Powered by 12th & 13th Gen. Intel® Core™ i3/i5/i7/i9 65W processors and Intel® UHD Graphics 770, the ARK-3534 delivers superior computing power, high-speed image analytics and real-time capabilities for advanced AI and industrial applications. The ARK-3534 supports simultaneous connection to 25 x devices. This is achieved using 4 x USB 3.2, 4 x USB 3.0, up to 8 x COM, 2 x CANBus, 4 x GbE, audio, 16bits GPIO, dual 4K HDMI 2.0 interfaces, optional DVI/HDMI/DP modules, and internal USB interfaces. Moreover, the ARK-3534 supports LAN up to 2.5G with real-time TSN/TCC for efficient operation and precise motion control.

Expandable and Reliable Design for Multi-Tasking Applications

Advantech’s ARK-3534 provides 4 x PCIe x16, PCIe x4 and PCI to support data acquisition, communication, serial communication, and GPU cards. These allow users to perform image processing, motion control, and AOI/vision inspection and AI accelerating functions simultaneously. This high-performance edge computer further provides M.2 B key and M.2 E key for advanced 5G and Wi-Fi connectivity. The ARK-3534 supports wide operating temperatures (-20-60 °C/-4-140 °F), is vibration and shock-resistant, and accepts 9 ~ 36 VDC power input, meeting the demands of harsh industrial environments.

Accelerate Application Deployment with Software Integration

Advantech’s ARK-3534 meets remote management challenges with integrated Advantech DeviceOn software that delivers centralized management, data integration, real-time computing/edge analytics, OTA updates, and remote monitoring via a built-in dashboard UI. ARK-3534 comes preconfigured with Advantech ROS2 and supports Edge AI Suite to accelerate AI and robotics application development. It also enables protocol communication via iEdge software and offers optional Codesys software platform for industrial control and automation solutions. In sum, the Advantech ARK-3534 edge computer provides a quick and easy way for customers to start developing diverse applications.
