【Phase Out】Silicon Motion SM768GPU

IS&D hereby formally announces the phase-out of the following products, effective immediately. Please review this phase-out notice carefully and contact your regional IS&D buyer should your customers have any further inquiries regarding these items.
Phase Out Reason:
Due to the End-of-Life (EOL) status of Regulator, vendor decided to proceed with a part number revision for 96VG-SM768LX1-3OT under a Product Change Notification (PCN). Since MPN would be different, we are here to phase out the old PN and expect to phase in the PCN product in early June after the product is ready.
Milestone:
Phase Out Date (EOL): 2026/4/20
