Advantech to Unveil Edge AI Solutions for HBM and Next-Gen Semiconductor Processes at SEMICON Korea 2026

Taipei, Taiwan, February 6, 2026 — Advantech, a leading global provider of intelligent systems and edge computing solutions, is excited to announce that it will participate in SEMICON Korea 2026, a premier semiconductor industry exhibition, held at COEX in Seoul from February 11 to 13.

At this exhibition, under the theme of "Driving Intelligence at the Edge of Semiconductor Equipment," Advantech will showcase "AI-driven Edge Solutions" capable of solving high-difficulty process and yield optimization challenges. In particular, as an Elite Partner of NVIDIA, Advantech will also present real-world application cases successfully deployed across global semiconductor manufacturing sites.

At the Advantech booth (COEX 1st Floor, Westin Hall #W503), key solutions related to the HBM (High Bandwidth Memory) process, one of the biggest topics in the semiconductor industry today, will be introduced. In the HBM Advanced Packaging Solution Zone, Advantech’s vision and motion control solutions capable of overcoming the yield limits of the HBM4 process, along with actual application cases, will be showcased to customers through live demonstrations. Furthermore, in the Metrology & Inspection (MI) AOI Solution Zone, vision inspection optimization solutions based on high-density Edge AI servers capable of processing large-scale data streams without bottlenecks will also be showcased.

In addition, Advantech will present the high-density edge AI server SKY-622G4, equipped with dual Intel Xeon processors together with NVIDIA RTX PRO 6000 Blackwell GPUs, and will exhibit the latest hardware lineup that acts as the "brain" of semiconductor equipment, such as the MIC-743-AT product, a physical AI platform based on NVIDIA Jetson Thor.

Advantech has also prepared various on-site events for visitors during the exhibition period. Prizes will be presented to the first 300 visitors who visit the booth and complete the survey, and special gifts along with in-depth 1:1 consulting will be provided to customers who pre-book meetings during VIP-exclusive time slots through advance registration.
