The collaboration leverages Advantech’s platform together with YDCare’s clinical homecare expertise to support hospital-grade care delivery in home settings.
The solution supports a range of use cases, including chronic disease monitoring and management, post-operative rehabilitation, elderly care, and long-term health management. By enabling real-time data collection, care coordination, and digitalized nursing workflows, it helps improve care continuity and operational efficiency for healthcare providers.
Under this partnership, Advantech is responsible for platform development, system integration, and Medical IoT device connectivity, while YDCare contributes clinical expertise, care service design, and localized implementation in the Hong Kong market. Together, the two companies are working to build an integrated care model that supports monitoring, assessment, intervention, and ongoing management.
The solution is planned with a tiered structure, including a Standard configuration for frontline caregivers and a Premium configuration for professional nursing managers, addressing the needs of different care roles and service levels.
