How to Apply

Application Process

  • STEP 01.

    Create Account

    • If you are applying for a job for the first time, you will need to register an account on Workday.
    • Please verify the account via email after the registration, then you can log in and activate the account afterwards.
  • STEP 02.

    Apply for Jobs

    • Review the job descriptions and click “Apply.”
    • Complete your profile or upload the resume according to the instructions to submit your application.
  • STEP 03.

    Application Review

    • You may check your application status on Workday and may expect to be contacted by our HR team for a screening call.
    • The qualified candidates will be invited to the interviews with the hiring managers and executives.
  • STEP 04.

    Interview Preparation and Participation

    • Complete the questionnaire or assignment before the interview.
    • Remember to plan your traffic method in advance, and make yourself on time.
    • Workday performs maintenance every Saturday without a fixed time. If you cannot enter the system, please try to complete the tasks next day.
  • STEP 05.

    Job Offer

    • Once you are confirmed, HR will contact you for salary discussion and provide an official offer letter for the employment, in which your on-board date and compensation package will be addressed.
  • STEP 06.

    On-boarding

    • After you sign back the offer letter, HR will work with you to initiate your onboarding journey on Workday.
    • Please follow the guidelines for onboarding preparation and you can always check the progress on Workday.

Reminders for Virtual Interviews

  • Test your connection quality, video and audio settings are working properly when you receive the meeting link.
  • Find a well-lit and quiet environment with stable internet connection that is as free of any distractions as possible.
  • Please enter the meeting 5-10 minutes prior the interview and turn on your camera for better engagement with the interviewers unless there is other technical issue and need to be turned off.
  • If you experience technical problems during the interview, try to close the App and re-join, and contact your recruiter immediately if you’re still not able to fix it.
