APAX High-Density I/O Module
Advantech has developed a high-density, high-flexibility, real-time I/O solution — the APAX high-density I/O module. With its unique backplane design, the APAX high-density I/O module is compatible with centralized or distributed systems. On a single I/O bus, the APAX high-density I/O module can support a daisy chain, star, or tree topology without a coupler. However, if equipped with a real-time fieldbus coupler, the APAX high-density I/O module can be seamlessly integrated into mainstream PLC systems.

Advantech’s New iDoor technology is a brand-new design concept which utilizes the mini PCIe format. EtherCAT I/O Module
The AMAX-4800 series comprises industrial EtherCAT slave modules that support the EtherCAT protocol. The compact module size and integrated DIN rail mounting kit ensure easy installation in control cabinets. Meanwhile, euro-type pluggable terminal blocks and LED indicators facilitate system setup and maintenance. All modules are protected by an isolation circuit, making them ideal for demanding industrial applications.
