Advantech UNO-258 Leads the Way on Industrial Automation

Real-time AI applications at the Edge are the leading drivers of innovation for industrial automation and manufacturing in the smart factories of today and tomorrow.

The UNO-258 is Advantech’s next-generation Edge AI PC, and it is designed to accelerate real-time AI applications in smart manufacturing, machine vision, and industrial automation. Its computing power is supplied by Intel’s Core Ultra Series 3 processors, and the system is capable of delivering up to 180 TOPS AI performance, according to Advantech, thanks to its integrated CPU, GPU, and NPU architecture. Advantech is showing that UNO-258 can address these challenges. The edge AI computer features a rugged fanless design, wide-temperature operation, and industrial-grade reliability purpose built to withstand harsh environments. It has been designed with a compact form factor, but the platform still supports high-speed connectivity, multiple vision and industrial I/O interfaces, and flexible expansion capabilities, making it capable of the industrial automation tasks needed, including Vision AI, robotics, smart transportation, and edge applications.
