Brian Hsiao currently serves as Managing Director of Advantech Taiwan and iAutomation Sector Head of Taiwan, bringing over 21 years of experience in industrial automation and semiconductor equipment industries. Leveraging his solid technical background and extensive cross-regional market management experience, Brian leads Advantech Taiwan's overall sales strategy, drives cross-business-group collaboration, and guides the industrial automation team into a new era of AI-driven software-hardware integration.

Prior to joining Advantech in 2005, Brian worked at Applied Materials. Over his tenure at Advantech, he has held numerous key leadership roles across technical applications, product integration, business development, and regional key account management. Heading the ATW iAutomation Sector, he spearheaded Advantech's transition from traditional hardware sales to industry-tailored solution packages and ecosystem co-creation models, successfully facilitating strategic investments and spin-off operations. Furthermore, Brian has built strong relationships across Taiwan's semiconductor and advanced manufacturing supply chains. Through a profound understanding of the needs of key customers, including leading Tier 1 semiconductor foundries, he has seamlessly integrated Advantech's industrial computing, automation control, and smart manufacturing solutions into critical customer applications, forging long-term strategic partnerships with strong competitive value.

In business leadership and operational transformation, Brian previously led ATW iAutomation KA and AOnline sales teams across Taiwan, actively driving digital marketing, CRM optimization, and AI-driven operational transformation to significantly boost market development efficiency and organizational transparency. Looking forward, Brian will continue to focus on cutting-edge technologies such as Edge AI and Agentic AI, deepening key account management and ecosystem partner deployment. He remains committed to organizational transformation and talent development, steering the Advantech Taiwan sales team toward sustainable, long-term growth.
