The Challenge
Electronics assembly and industrial computer manufacturing involve frequent product changeovers and constantly shifting staffing and workstation loads. With ERP, MES, and shop- floor equipment data scattered across systems, conventional AI stops at anomaly alerts and cannot directly take on operating KPIs or coordinate improvements across production lines.
How It Works
- Set the goal: The plant manager sets an operating goal, such as “increase output per worker by 10%”
- Analyze and generate tasks: AI Factory Brain mobilizes multiple Agents to identify pain points that can be improved, works with the Event Center Core to pinpoint bottlenecks, and generates goal-oriented improvement plans and task lists.
- Human review: Improvement plans are confirmed by the Production Line Leader and reviewed by the plant manager
- Execute and verify daily: Edge AI reports production line activity, and the Report Agent tracks daily whether targets are met and compiles verification reports, closing the improvement loop
