21.11.2025

TAICHUNG, TAIWAN – November 21, 2025
Advantech (TWSE: 2395), a global leader in IoT intelligent systems and embedded platforms, presented its strategic vision for AI in Manufacturing with Digital Twins and Physical AI at the 2025 Manufacturing CIO Forum. Through a combination of insightful presentations and live demonstrations, Advantech showcased how scalable Edge AI systems and NVIDIA-accelerated computing platforms are powering the next era of autonomous, intelligent manufacturing—addressing the industry’s growing demand for decentralized, real-time decision-making.
Accelerating Manufacturing Intelligence with Digital Twins and Physical AI
Advantech’s session explored how enterprises can leverage Digital Twins and Physical AI to bridge virtual and physical operations, enabling data-driven optimization, predictive control, and autonomous decision-making across production lines. By combining real-time data, simulation, and AI inference, manufacturers can create systems that perceive, decide, and act autonomously. A key highlight was the synergy between NVIDIA Omniverse with Advantech’s high-performance Edge AI infrastructure, which allows manufacturers to simulate, visualize, and validate production workflows in real time—significantly reducing development cycles while enhancing efficiency and yield.
At the event, Advantech collaborated with ecosystem partner Pitotech to present an NVIDIA Omniverse demonstration featuring the Advantech SKY-602E3 server accelerated by NVIDIA RTX PRO 6000 Blackwell Max-Q Workstation Edition GPU. The showcase exemplifies how scalable computing and digital twin simulation can optimize performance and process flow within manufacturing and semiconductor environments.
An additional showcase featured the MIC-743 system built on NVIDIA Jetson Thor, highlighting compact yet powerful edge computing capabilities for next-generation real-time Video Search and Summarization (VSS) agents—enabling fast, context-aware visual data analysis on the factory floor.
Empowering Future-proof AI Workflows for Smart Manufacturing
Advantech provides end-to-end Edge AI workflows that encompass training, simulation, and deployment—from high-performance rackmount servers like SKYRack L11 to ruggedized edge inference systems such as the MIC series.
