Taipei, Taiwan, September 4, 2026 Advantech Co., Ltd. (TWSE: 2395), a global leader in IoT intelligent systems and embedded platforms, announces AIR-411, a compact edge AI HPC system designed for compute-intensive applications including semiconductor inspection, medical imaging workstations, on-premises edge LLMs, and multi-channel video analytics. Powered by the latest Intel® Core™ 200S processors (Bartlett Lake-S) with up to 24 cores and 32 threads, AIR-411 delivers robust computing performance and up to 36 MB of L3 cache to support demanding virtualization, multi-container, and AI workloads. A PCIe Gen4 x16 expansion slot supports a full-height, full-length GPU of up to 300W, enabling customers to scale AI performance according to workload requirements. AIR-411 accommodates a broad range of AI accelerators, including Intel® Arc™ Pro B60, NVIDIA RTX PRO™ 6000 Blackwell Max-Q Workstation Edition, AMD Radeon™ PRO W7900/W7800, and Qualcomm® Cloud AI 100 Ultra. By combining powerful CPU processing, flexible GPU acceleration, deployment-ready software, and up to 10 years of long-term support, AIR-411 provides a versatile platform for industrial edge AI deployment.
Scalable AI Performance for Concurrent Inference and AI Workloads
Designed in a compact 17-liter chassis, AIR-411 combines Intel® Core™ 200S processors with a PCIe Gen4 x16 slot supporting GPUs of up to 300W. This computing architecture provides the performance required for AI pre- and post-processing, image decoding, concurrent inference, containerized workloads, and virtualization. To maintain reliable performance in space-constrained environments, AIR-411 features intelligent fan control for optimized thermal management while maintaining ultra-quiet operation below 38 dB. The system also provides extensive I/O and expansion capabilities, including M.2 NVMe storage, dual SATA bays, triple-display support, dual Ethernet, USB 3.2, serial ports, optional GPIO, and Wi-Fi connectivity. These flexible interfaces simplify integration with cameras, sensors, and other industrial peripherals, enabling AIR-411 to address diverse edge AI deployment requirements.
Advantech WEDA-Enabled Data and Model Management
AIR-411 supports Windows 11 IoT Enterprise 2024 LTSC, Ubuntu Desktop 24.04 LTS, Advantech Edge AI SDK, and pre-trained AI models, providing developers with a ready-to-use software environment for accelerating AI application development and deployment. When integrated with Advantech WEDA, AIR-411 enables centralized data and model management across distributed edge environments. Developers and IT teams can deploy validated models to AIR-411 systems, manage AI workloads centrally, and streamline model and software updates across multiple edge nodes. With Advantech Edge AI SDK and WEDA, AIR-411 further optimizes AI inference and media-processing pipelines for applications such as automated optical inspection (AOI), medical imaging, private LLM and RAG workloads, and multi-channel video analytics.
