  [Description]:
  What happens is that the customer will activate the relay contacts. The contacts connect fine, but sometimes the relay contacts will not release, if the digital output of the 5068 is set to off. To fix this the customer has to remove power, then remove that ADAM-5068 from the 5000 base unit, and then tap the offending relay on the ADAM-5068
  
  [Solutions]:
  This problem may be most due to the relay. Either the relay is exhausted/fatigue or after big current/power impact caused the relay stick together. Following is the Steps to check what may cause the problem
  
  What is the type/base of ADAM-5000?
  How is ADAM-5068 wiring?
  What the order of ADMA modules on ADAM-5000?
  How customer applied the ADAM-5068; what kind of device it has connected to it.
  What is the loading of ADAM-5068, the current and the watt that have applied to the ADAM-5068.
  Other info will be helpful to check what the root cause.
  
  The reason that the relay may stick together could be:
  1. the sudden current/ power is to big which cause the relay is magnified
  2. the other also due to the sudden current to big which generates the spark. The spark may cause it stick together.
  
  Please notice that the spec of ADAM-5068 is only :AC 150v @ 0.5A; DC:30V @ 1A;
  Usually it is not proper to directly connect to device. It is used as a switch only.
  There is ADAM-5069 which has more capacity for higher current.
