To enable students with an opportunity to gain practical experience in a workplace setting, the Advantech Foundation and Advantech, along with A+ talents in the Internet of Things industry, have jointly launched the "Elite100 Internship" program. This program includes the Early Design concept, which consists of UX-ID Early for product innovation concept design, and WISE-PaaS IoT Early Design for conducting early tests of IoT cloud platform applications. The program is open to young talents in fields such as industrial design, user situation design, software development, and marketing. The program focuses on innovating in areas such as factories, smart communities, smart services, smart medical care, smart agriculture, energy conservation, and environmental protection.

    Your application and qualifications will be reviewed by talent partners and hiring managers.

  • First Interview

    Selected qualified candidates will be invited to the first interview.

  • Final Interview

    Qualified candidates after the first interviews will be scheduled for a final interview.

  • Job Offer

    Human Resources or Talent Partners will contact candidates directly and provide offer letters along with details of employment and pre-employment preparation.

  • Onboarding

    Human Resources will provide assistance on onboarding procedure once the candidate accepts the offer.

  • Advantech will post the latest job vacancy information on the official Advantech career website. We invite anyone interested in joining Advantech to submit their resumes directly. The talent partners will review and contact qualified candidates for the next steps.

  • It takes about 7 days to review applications after they are submitted. If you meet the job qualifications, Talent Partners will contact you to confirm details of an interview. If there is no suitable vacancies, your applications will be kept and considered for future opportunities.

  • You will receive the results of the interview after 5 to 7 working days. Talent Partners will reach out to you for the next steps if you meet the criteria of the job opening.
