    Note:
    The v1.02.01 has major improvement with its function. The Boot Loader needs to be upgraded to achieve full function.
    Upgrading FW v1.02.01 (or later) to both partition, but WITHOUT Boot Loader upgraded to 1.01.S05012 (or later), may cause the OS can't recognize Partition 2 correctly.

    Please upgrade the FW to v1.01.03 or later first, if you are currently using v1.01.01 or earlier. Earlier versions can not be upgraded to v1.02.01 with Boot Loader directly.

    Note:
    If FW v1.02.01 + Loader 1.01.S05703 is already used, the loader is not necessarily to be upgraded. Upgrade the FW without Loader would be more feasible.

    ******WARNING******
    PoE model (EKI-7720G/E-4FPI-AE) shipped after June 2023, and non-PoE model (EKI-7720G/E-4FI-AE) shipped after September 2024, have component change and not compatible with older FW.
    The FW v1.02.03, Build version D120530S06493 on this website is for these new hardware only, and should be already equipped on the device. Just in case the user will need.
    Please note that downgrading to older FW will cause the component-changed device unable to boot up.

    This firmware is not compatible with older version without component changes. Loading this firmware file will show "CRC Error".

    If the original FW version is v1.02.01 or earlier, it should be an older hardware version device.
    Please contact our Sales or FAE for firmware versions for older hardware version device, or other technical support.
