Miller Chang, President of Advantech's Embedded Sector, leads his team in driving innovation in Edge Computing and Edge AI. Through strategic foresight and a value-driven business model, he ensures Advantech remains a global leader in Embedded and Edge Computing.
Under his leadership, the Embedded Sector focuses on developing cutting-edge solutions, including x86 and Arm-based platforms, Edge AI computing solutions, IoT software solutions, and industrial peripherals. The Embedded Design-in Services empowers system integrators globally, driving intelligent solutions across sectors such as healthcare, transportation, and automation. The team also pioneers advancements in emerging industries like 5G, new energy, autonomous systems and robotics, unlocking new opportunities.
To meet the growing demand for Edge AI, Miller has driven the development of open and versatile Edge AI hardware-software platforms in collaboration with global leaders like NVIDIA, Intel, Arm, AMD and Microsoft. Advantech also integrates Microsoft's Azure cloud and Open AI technologies to deliver tailored AIoT platforms that meet specific industry needs.
In the future, Advantech will closely connect business units across the globe with key account (KA) and Design-In teams in major countries, while seeking more industry partners to expand the breadth of overseas presence.
