Hwa Hsia University of Technology introduces Advantech ePaper to enhance smart digital management
To improve administrative efficiency, the Enterprise Management Department of Hwa Hsia University of Technology has introduced Advantech ePaper to produce course schedules that were previously printed on paper in the department building. Director Ji Shuzhe says that in the past, the department's office assistants had to print out the course schedules and manually post them at designated locations outside each classroom and professor's office before the start of each semester. Whenever the course schedules needed to be revised, the assistants had to reprint the updates.
After Advantech ePaper EPD-662 is used to create the electronic course schedules, all classroom schedules can be managed and updated through the back-end system via wireless network. The digital tool not only brings convenience but also significantly reduces the use of paper, in line with the ESG commitment. The back-end system management is achieved with Advantech's easy-to-use DeviceOn/ePaper device management software.
