Warranty Policy

• Limited Lifetime Warranty Service

  • All ADVANTECH Co., Ltd. Dram product is covered by limited Lifetime Warranty Service starting from the original purchase date until the product end of life (*Determined by ADVANTECH)
  • The replacement product provided by ADVANTECH under the Limited Lifetime Warranty will be warranted for the warranty period under the latest Warranty Policy.
  • All customized products will default carry limited Lifetime Warranty Service. The actual product warranty terms and conditions may vary based on sales contract.
  
• Exclusions from Warranty
  • Any damage caused by physical damage.
  • The warranty is invalid when the ADVANTECH sticker is removed or damaged in any way.
  • The product has been misused, abused, or subjected to unauthorized disassembly/modification; placed in an unsuitable physical or operating environment; improperly maintained by the customer; or failure caused which ADVANTECH is not responsible whether by accident or other cause. The conditions will be determined by ADVANTECH at its sole unfettered discretion.
  • The product is damaged beyond repair due to a natural disaster such as a lighting strike, flood, earthquake, etc.
  • Product updates/upgrades and tests upon the request of customers who are without warranty.
• Repairs under Warranty
  • It is possible to obtain a replacement (Cross-Shipment) during the first 30 days of the purchase thru your original ADVANTECH supplier to arrange DOA replacement if the products were purchased directly from ADVANTECH and the product is DOA (Dead-on-Arrival). The DOA Cross-Shipment excludes any shipping damage, customized and/or build-to-order products.
  • For those products which are not DOA, the return fee to an authorized ADVANTECH repair facility will be at the customers' expense. The shipping fee for reconstructive products from ADVANTECH back to customers' sites will be at ADVANTECH's expense.
• How to Go RMA Service

  Please follow the applicable instructions below to begin your RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) process.

  • For end users to return product, please follow the return policy of the original seller. If you need further support, please contact your local ADVANTECH branch.
  • For distributor or retailer to return product: Please contact your ADVANTECH sales representative through e-mail, and provide the Part number, quantity, and the reason in the e-mail. An RMA number will be issued once the request is confirmed. When you return ADVANTECH products to us, please note the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package for all ADVANTECH Products returned under RMA applications. The returned ADVANTECH products should arrive at ADVANTECH’s facility within 14 days of the date ADVANTECH issues the RMA number.
• Remarks

  Please be aware that ADVANTECH is not responsible for items being lost or damaged during the shipping process. ADVANTECH strongly suggests that send the item by using boxes or bubble wrapped envelope for protecting the product.
