The DPX-S Series products provide highly integrated industrial single board computers and systems with an unrivaled performance range, scalability, long life-cycle and low power. Both AMD and Intel platforms are offered and each one features a full set of I/O, COMs, and security, developed specifically to meet the requirements of the regulated gaming industry. The DPX-E Series products provide highly integrated industrial single board computers and systems with an unrivaled performance range, long life-cycle and low power. Dedicated Logic area conveniently locates all game critical functions in one place, which can be safely secured and monitored by intrusion circuits.

The DPX -M Series of products provide a high performance multi-media engine specific to the needs of gaming OEMs around the globe. The robust, low cost, high speed expansion bus allows a range of standard or proprietary modules to be added such as dedicated gaming I/O, Security, NVRAM, FGPA, NFC, RFID, Smart card, LEDs and many more. For maximum versatility the boards feature mini-ITX mounting holes and are available with a range of secure logic boxes.

Designed specifically for gaming devices, the DPX-J Series offers a comprehensive set of I/O, COMs, and security features. This makes it an ideal platform for gaming, amusement, and kiosk applications, all at an economical price point. Furthermore, the DPX-J Series adheres to the Japan Amusement Machine and Marketing Association (JAMMA) connector standard, ensuring compatibility with arcade games. For added flexibility, a configurable pinout for the JAMMA connector, accommodating any variations in harnessing for specific applications is available on select SKUs.

Advantech supplies a wide range of software packages and support to accelerate the customer’s development cycle. As well as board support packages with highly robust drivers and edge-to-edge coverage for the hardware platforms, we offer other software products including peripheral protocol libraries, security suites, diagnostic and test software designed to help develop the best-balanced gaming solutions.
Gaming Security
We understand that the protection of gameplay data and machine state are critical considerations, software / hardware tampering detection, as well as media validation are key requirements by the gaming regulator. The aim is ‘Player’ and ‘Operator’ protection, fair games and accurate pay-outs.
Hardware Board Support
We provide software and firmware support for connecting physical hardware such as buttons, lights, and identity management etc. Board support packages provide software support for Microsoft Windows embedded OS and embedded Linux OS. A full set of drivers and APIs are provided to all standard PC functions as well as all gaming specific hardware features.
