Advantech Reports 2Q26 EPS of NT$5.20 / Both 2Q26 and 1H26 Results Hit Record Highs

Advantech (TWSE: 2395) today announced the following consolidated financial results for the second quarter of 2026 ending June 30th: 

· Revenue : NT$26.126 billion, up 28% QoQ and up 46% YoY

· Gross profit : NT$9.845 billion, up 23% QoQ and up 38% YoY

· Operating profit : NT$5.127 billion, up 38% QoQ and up 64% YoY

· Net income : NT$4.518 billion, up 36% QoQ and up 127% YoY

· Earnings per share : NT$5.20

Regarding the accumulated operating results of 1H26 in US dollars, Advantech achieved an overall revenue of $US1,470 million, increased 33% YoY. In terms of geographic overview, North America, Europe, China, North Asia, Taiwan, and Emerging markets outperformed with double-digit growth of 30%, 29%, 51%, 24%, 67%, and 32%, respectively. By business units, each business unit shown double-digit growth in performance compared to the same period last year. Intelligent Systems Sector (iSystems), IoT Automation Sector (iAutomation), and Embedded Sector outperformed with growth of 34%, 19%, and 28% YoY, respectively. While Intelligent Services Sector (iService) only improved by single digit YoY.  

Mr. Eric Chen, CFO and President of General Management at Advantech stated, “Despite fluctuations in key raw material costs and ongoing supply chain challenges, Advantech delivered record-high revenue and profitability in 1H26, primarily driven by accelerating AI deployment among customers and the resulting robust demand for related applications. Meanwhile, Advantech continues to strengthen its supply chain resilience by establishing long-term strategic partnerships with key suppliers to secure a stable supply of critical components, while implementing effective pricing management mechanisms to navigate changes in the external environment and sustain steady growth in both operations and profitability. In terms of order momentum, Advantech’s overall Orders-to-Shipments ratio (B/B Ratio) reached 1.44 in the second quarter, remaining at a robust level. Across the three major regions, North America, Europe, and China recorded B/B ratios of 1.92, 1.25, and 1.21, respectively, reflecting continued strength in end-market demand and supporting a positive overall business outlook. Looking ahead to the second half of the year, Physical AI enables sensing, reasoning, and action capabilities that is expected to further mature and gain commercial traction, sustaining growth momentum in Edge AI demand. Through WISE-Edge Developer Architecture (WEDA), Advantech will integrate agentic AI tools with its Edge AI platforms, deepen collaboration across its global partner ecosystem, and accelerate the adoption of Edge AI applications, thereby creating new momentum for long-term business growth.”
