Yoshi currently serves as the Vice President of Global Corporate Development, responsible for driving corporate transformation and international development strategies. He also holds the position of President of Advantech Japan.

Yoshi has extensive experience in multinational business management and strategic planning. He graduated from Tongji University in Shanghai with an engineering degree and earned an MBA from Washington University in St. Louis. His career began at IBM Consulting, where he worked across Tokyo, Taipei, and Shanghai, serving as an Associate Partner in Strategic Consulting. He led the operational strategy team to execute multiple large-scale transformation projects, achieving outstanding results. During his tenure at IBM, Yoshi developed profound cross-cultural management skills and global operational expertise.

In October 2023, Yoshi joined Advantech as Vice President of Global Corporate Development, fully responsible for the newly established Corporate Management & Development organization. Under his leadership, this organization launched Advantech’s transformation initiative, CST2032 (Corporate Structure Transformation), outlining the company's transformation framework and plan for the next decade. Yoshi oversees key functions such as BPM (Business Planning & Performance Management), EBO (Emerging Business Opportunity), and Global Development, accelerating global transformation and business growth.

Additionally, as part of Global Development, Yoshi recognizes the strategic importance of the Japanese market for Advantech’s global strategy. He is committed to enhancing localized operations in Japan and positioning it as Advantech’s third global development and manufacturing hub, alongside Taiwan and China. This effort aims to create a robust global production network. Guided by the principle of Lita (altruism), Yoshi firmly believes that companies should pursue business success while fulfilling social responsibilities to achieve sustainable development.

Under Yoshi’s leadership, Advantech will further integrate resources, deepen regional and global strategies, and continuously expand its global market presence, creating greater value.
