Solution:

  • 1-106905855

    Please check the wiring of the Analog Input. If its in single-end mode connection, the ADAM-4024 may not be able to provide any current. The illustration in attached file shows the diagram of wiring when it is not working.

    Because the design of the ADAM-4024 has a common short in the AO+ side in current, and independent in AO-, and If customer’s application has a common ground, there may be no output current. (Refer to the above diagram).
    In this case, you may need to use a differential connection in the AI or switch the AI+ and AI-, if it can read negative current.
