Advantech continues to expand its ARM Platform organization and R&D investment, strengthening its product competitiveness and solution capabilities in the Edge AI and IoT markets.

Minds.ai, a portfolio company invested in by the fund, was successfully acquired by Applied Materials. Minds.ai specializes in AI technologies for semiconductor manufacturing, and its software platform will be integrated into Applied Materials' SmartFactory solutions.
Jingsongyan Intelligence (靜松炎智能): The company focuses on integrated space-air-ground communications chip technologies, positioning itself in future low Earth orbit satellite, communications, and intelligent infrastructure markets.
Both companies completed new funding rounds and achieved higher valuations. ACI is monitoring developments in robotic intelligent perception, control, and related technologies, while exploring future application opportunities in smart manufacturing and autonomous systems.
